These are long days that get me down about everything.
Then flatmates make bread and the smell enters the bedroom.
Our deck sways with the weight of a cat and the wood is rotting.
Our rent is too high and we joke that the landlord will gift us this house.
These are long days that end with weightlessness and shutting down of screens.
