A couple thoughts, my unders...Hi Bro,<br /><br />Nice story:<br /><br />A couple thoughts, my understanding is that the pension age is a phase in so that while some pension is received at 60 it is not a full pension till 65, the new laws change this from 62-67. This is not the way it has been reported in NZ capitalist media. More importantly however the changing of the pension age is symptomatic of a wider problem globally, that governments are spending huge amounts of money bailing out (and not reforming) the institutions such as Banks and global finance that caused these the recession and normal people are being asked to foot the bill for this through austerity measures. Whether this is cutting 1in 12 public jobs in England or changing pension entitlements in France is just symptomatic of a wider prob.<br /><br />Good article, good pics, what an interesting time to be in France.<br />Much love OAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
